Many of the people I work with are navigating major life transitions or differences in how they experience connection, including neurodivergence. Together, we explore the nervous system, relational safety and the patterns that sit beneath the surface. This can help intimacy feel possible again — without forcing, fixing or shame.

My Professional Experience

I am a COSRT-accredited psychosexual therapist with a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Sexology from the CICS Institute.

My training and continuing professional development include counselling, relationship therapy, Relational Life Therapy and neurodivergent wellbeing. I have also completed specialist training in neurodivergence, trauma, sexual desire, intimacy, relationship dynamics and nervous system regulation.

Over the course of my practice, I have worked with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties relating to sex, intimacy, desire, relationships and connection.

A particular area of interest for me is the impact of neurodivergence on relationships and sexual wellbeing. This includes exploring how sensory differences, communication, overwhelm, masking and nervous system regulation can shape intimacy.

Alongside my clinical work, I continue to develop my knowledge and skills through regular additional training and professional development.

I am fully insured and registered with the ICO.
