Entering sex therapy feels like a big step. You feel absolutely terrified, but you’re sick and tired of grappling with the same issue that’s been stuck in your head for years. It’s constant you crave peace and understanding.

You may fear change in ways you’re not ready for. Therapy changes things, but it often happens slowly and at your own pace. I’m here to guide you through the process without judgment. If you want someone compassionate, curious, and direct, we might be a good fit.

I am autistic and have combined-type ADHD. If you feel like you experience the world differently, I can help you understand yourself and your relationships better. (Please note my practice is inclusive and I work with neurotypical individuals as well. My different brain can often offer a fresh perspective on things).

Understanding how sex and relationships work has had a positive impact on my life, and I want to help others do the same. I’m a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a step parent and a big Taylor Swift fan.

I am a registered member of COSRT and abide by their code of ethics.
